Our guest this week is Lauren Walsh, a professional golfer now competing on the LPGA tour! Lauren represented Ireland in numerous international competitions prior to university. During her career at Wake Forest, she was an All-American, selected to the All-ACC team, and named Scholar Athlete of the Year in addition to winning an NCAA championship. Recently, she was awarded Women's Professional of the Year by the IGWA. We chat with her about collegiate golf, her transition to the professional stage, psychological skills she employs on and off the course, and her work with the Annika Foundation to help young women in golf succeed.
